Our church offers meaningful membership where God’s people take responsibility for you, and you for them.

If you are a Christian, God has called you to be rooted deeply into the life of a local church. That's why we teach the importance of membership in the body of Christ and help connect believers to life and service in committed Christian community.
God’s design for the local church is not a social club. It’s not even a weekly experience in which individuals attend their preferred place of worship and go on to live separate lives.

According to Scripture, “church” refers to a living body of believers who are committed to God and to one another (1 Corinthians 12:12-27). Each local church operates under the authority of Jesus through ordained pastoral leadership committed to proclaim God’s Word and model a life of discipleship in the power of His Spirit.

The church is a community of disciples who come from every background and nation (Revelation 7:9-10). We intentionally gather together each week in order to grow in faith and share the gifts of grace that God has given each of us. Church is therefore God’s plan for us to grow in sacrificial service and maturity as believers.

At Grace Fellowship, we acknowledge that some churches do not offer a formal “church membership”. Our vision is not to portray ourselves as better than any other church, but to try to model and graciously live out the Bible’s principles together (Ephesians 5:15-21).

We believe that those who have joined our fellowship can testify to the powerful way in which God uses close-knit Christian community where God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, and service are at the center. To learn more about membership, we would invite you to join us on Sundays at Grace Fellowship and begin to get to know other members and leaders in our community.

Who can join your church?

What is the process to apply?

We host membership courses in the spring and the fall each year to share more about our church and practical vision for Christian community. This is followed by a pastoral interview for those interested, and then a final recommendation to our church body to vote to affirm new candidates.
