Worship begins each week just after 15h30. Members and guests often arrive as early as 15h15. Our service consists of Scripture readings, singing, personal and communal prayer, as well as extended Bible teaching and communion on first Sundays. We typically conclude the service at 17h.

Sundays at Grace Fellowship
Our weekly Sunday afternoon worship gatherings are meant to build up Christians through worship in Spirit and truth. Our church has a strong emphasis on teaching the Bible and approaching God confidently in a spirit of joyful reverence and prayer in light of the Gospel.
If you haven’t experienced a Sunday afternoon with us before, we invite you to read the answers to several common questions below and consider joining us this Sunday at Grace Fellowship.
What songs do you sing?
We sing a wide variety of songs in worship, with 5-6 in each week’s service order. This includes classic and modern English language hymns, psalm-based songs, and newer spiritual songs. All of our singing is congregational and accompanied by guitar and piano.
Will I be expected to pray?
We pray throughout our services in a variety of ways. Each week this includes setting apart space for silent reflective prayer, corporate prayers read out loud together, and community prayer time where we share requests and several pray out loud. However, we do not pressure or call out others, but invite all to freely participate in worship as they feel led.
How is the Bible taught?
We typically teach verse-by-verse from Scripture through sermon series that focus on one book of the Bible at a time. We also teach thematically from different sections of the Bible relevant to the season of worship that we are in. To learn more, feel free to listen to previous messages on our website.
Are worship gatherings formal?
Our Sunday gatherings are neither overly formal nor overly casual. Our leaders and pastor wear normal clothes rather than vestments that are more typical in formal denominations. We simply invite our guests and members to dress in a manner that is respectful, modest, and appropriate for worship.
