Vision and Purpose
Deuteronomy 6:1-9, Matthew 19:13-15
Our children’s ministry serves parents in their God-given task of raising children in the Christian faith through (1) intentional care through our weekly services, (2) biblical instruction through age-appropriate teaching, and (3) relational discipleship by integrating children into the life of the church.
It is our deepest prayer and goal that each and every child would come to saving faith in Jesus Christ while developing biblical literacy for a lifetime, and ultimately grow in love for God, the local church, the least and the lost.
Sundays at Grace Fellowship
For Children 6 months to 9 years old
Children are present and invited to participate in Sunday worship as we sing, pray, and hear Scripture together as a community. Each week, we dismiss them before the sermon to go downstairs for age-appropriate teaching. Parents who wish to keep their children upstairs are free to do so.
The current curriculum we use for Kids Ministry is called The Biggest Story. Click the link to learn more about this great resource for teaching the Gospel to children through the story of Scripture. You will also find parent resources available for leading faith discussions with your children at home.
Schedule of Events
Children are a vital part of the life of our church community. Each year we celebrate traditions with our children such as our Christmas Nativity play, Scripture memory recitations and songs, Easter Egg hunt, Family Weekends, and more.
